Bang Development, LLC was founded by Hyeonjoon Bang to deliver disciplined, cross-border real estate investment into the corridors being reshaped by America’s semiconductor and advanced manufacturing expansion.
His foundation comes from his engineering and management undergraduate degree. He built his career in civil construction, working in engineering, estimating, and project management on major infrastructure projects across New York City and Boston, learning firsthand how large-scale development gets estimated, financed, permitted, and delivered on schedule. He holds an MBA with a concentration in finance, pairing that construction expertise with rigorous underwriting and capital-structuring discipline.
He also brings active, hands-on experience in real estate investment through his role at his family’s investment firm in Seoul, South Korea, giving him direct fluency in both U.S. and Korean capital markets. That dual perspective is the core of Bang Development’s thesis. As manufacturing investment expands across emerging U.S. corridors, driving demand for housing, industrial space, and infrastructure, meeting it will require capital from a broad base of investors, both domestic and international, including Korean families and enterprises seeking a disciplined and trustworthy partner in the U.S. market.
